About the College

Established in July 2017, Maa Sharada Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya is a reputed institution dedicated to the empowerment of women through quality higher education. Affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, the college offers recognized undergraduate programs in Arts and Commerce.

In the Faculty of Arts, the college provides education in Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Home Science, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Ancient History, and Political Science. Under the Faculty of Commerce, the college offers a complete B.Com program with affiliation in all core subjects.

Nestled in the serene and culturally rich village of Kaithauli, on plot number 655 at the western edge of Varanasi, the college provides an ideal environment for academic growth and holistic development.

The vision behind this institution was inspired by the late Babu Chandrama Singh, a distinguished educationist of Varanasi. The realization of this noble mission was made possible by the divine blessings and special grace of the revered Dwarikesh Baba Ji. It is with their inspiration and blessings that the foundation of this educational center was laid, making what once seemed impossible, a reality.
